Emvi is a set of keyboard macros for vi (not vim/neovim, plain vi!) that enable common idioms of inserting parens, wrapping and slurping symbols into existing forms, and other s-expression operations. Or, at least, an attempt at them—vi is quite restricted in this regard.

No REPL, but built-in :shell command is redefined to start SBCL—something at least.
