I'm discovering MonitorControl and don't understand how to use the function keys F1 and F2 on the mac to control the brightness (and contrast with command/option for example) for the external monitors I'm using. When pressing the F1-F2 keys, only the macbook screen is adjusted, but not the external monitors. Moreover, when trying to modify the shortcuts in the "Keyboard" pane of the preferences, the program doesn't recognise the function keys when I'm pressing them.

Anyone else here who has been able to use the function keys F1 and F2 to control (with modifier keys) the brightness and contrast with MonitorControl?
