Description

As per the BiDi spec - https://w3c.github.io/webdriver-bidi/#cddl-type-networksamesite, SameSite now supports default as one of the possible values.
Specifically, this is used by Firefox as per - w3c/webdriver-bidi#942.

Our test suite for dotnet is failing for current stable version because of this.

This needs to be updated across bindings.
