Also remove the checkboxes from the checklist since we weren't using them.

  • Confirm this change is backwards compatible with existing workflows.
  • Confirm the readme has been updated if necessary.
  • Confirm the changelog has been updated if necessary.

Pull Request Overview

This PR adds a risk assessment section to the pull request template and simplifies the merge checklist by removing checkboxes and updating the wording.

  • Adds a new "Risk assessment" section with low/high risk categories for internal use
  • Removes checkbox formatting from the merge checklist items
  • Updates checklist wording to be more concise and actionable
