I connect to Gogs by LDAP (Active Directory) but my IT Service have corrupt my account for me and all users. Impossible to connect to LDAP

I have access to server, to gogs.exe and all repos files. How do for create a Admin account in local ? By app.ini ?

If i reinstall Gogs with new account, it's possible to copy all repos in new Gogs server ?
