Current temperature as sensor data (to use it in area/zone) #150045

Description

The problem

I am currently seeing inconsistencies in the selection of temperature and humidity values in the range view. It seems like it is intended behavior, that devices like the FRITZ!Smart Thermo 302 won't populate its current temperature as a sensor value. Anyhow other values are exposed as sensor values - which would allow us to set the Eco/comfort temperature as a value for an area. I would like to get the current reading in that section/as sections.

It seems, this was addressed in #98981 and #98049 for other AVM products.
