Description
The problem
The official SmartThings integration successfully adds my Samsung QN900C TV to Home Assistant, but all energy-related sensors (power
and energy
) consistently show a value of 0.
The official SmartThings mobile app, however, correctly displays the energy consumption data for the same TV. This indicates that the data is available in the SmartThings cloud, but it is not being correctly pulled or parsed by the Home Assistant integration for this specific TV model.

Anything in the logs that might be useful for us?
(No relevant errors appear in the logs, the sensors just report a state of 0)
Additional information
-
TV Model: Samsung QE75QN900CTXXH
-
I have already tried removing and re-adding the SmartThings integration with a new Personal Access Token that has full permissions. The issue persists.
-
Other controls for the TV (like on/off, channel, volume) work correctly through the integration.
-
This seems to be an incompatibility issue with this specific, newer TV model.
