The problem

See the attached gif screenshot.
Pressing "Add friend" button shows a popup that shows a message that implies some data input from a user is required. I do not see, however, any text field or anywhere that I can type in or choose an option.

It also shows "submit" button so pressing it would result in an error that says the required field must've been filled. As mentioned earlier, there didn't seem to be any input field.
