The problem

I have my profile set to use the server time zone. However when selecting start and end times in the history panel this is not respected.

e.g. I am currently in a time zone 3 hours behind my server time.

In the History Panel I select a start time of 12:00 and an end time of 16:00, the graph displays 15:00 to 19:00.

The data in the graph is displayed in the correct (server) time zone, it's just the time pickers aren't using this new setting.
