box.backup should also return all the .xlog files after the latest snapshot
We should add a new box.backup.info() handle, which'll return:

1. A list of files which belong to the backup
2. timestamp of backup start
3. box.cfg.memtx_memory and similar settings necessary for tarantool to recover from a backup
