This PR creates a new FastResolve operation, but we still need to test it. We're aiming to close #157.

The idea is to try to push as much blocking logic to rust as possible, as well as the union-find algo.

To do:

  • Verify correctness on a sample
  • Run more rigorous benchmarks
  • add at-least-one-word containment

hi; let me know if you need a collaborator on the rust side id be happy to help/contribute to the project from the rust side and a touch on the python side; once you get some rust base line built in (or before i.e., in this PR if youre still interested in continuing this path)
