Currently, the list of bank accounts is displayed as such:

There are cases and countries where only the IBAN is used for bank transfers. When this is the case, the current table doesn't display anything in the "Account number" column, which makes it hard to know the account details without visiting the details for each one. The "International transfer" account in the screenshot above displays this.

We want to introduce two changes:

• "Account number" column should be renamed to "Account details"
• The displayed value in the new "Account details" column should be the account number, or the IBAN if no account number is present.
