Description

When logging into sites using Okta SSO with Angular DevTools extension enabled, Chrome will lock up indefinitely.

Please provide the exception or error you saw

I did not see an error or exception. The Okta login freezes on "One moment please..." screen and all Chrome windows/tabs become unresponsive.

Please provide the environment you discovered this bug in (run ng version)

Angular DevTools: 1.0.7
Chrome: 111.0.5563.65

Anything else?

This is reproducible by everyone on my team. Disabling the Angular DevTools extension fixes the issue.
