Prerequisites

• I am running the latest code. Mention the version if possible as well.

• I reviewed the Discussions, and have a new and useful enhancement to share.

Feature Description

I am doing some automated benchmarking, but I have some tests that get out of hand and run too long. I would rather just cancel those, log it as timedout and move on.

The feature already exists in Server, so it would just need to be added to the CLI.

Motivation

It is useful to bring feature parity between Server and CLI.
The ability to timeout can never hurt.
