Transferring idea by @pelikhan from internal repo

We should support a "conversation" experience through a sequence of pull request comments seamlessly, just like with copilot.

We already support an alias event but I think we need a bit more:

• carry intermediate state around between runs (like a memory file) through artifacts
• MCP to reliably answer to each command in a single round?
• ?

ultimately, when a user uses the "alias" command, it should get a workflow that "just works" like the off the shelves agent.
