I followed all your guidance and am still unable to connect.
I used two different RPi4s which work fine when connected to the RPi OS.
I tried three different cards 2 32GB and 1 128GB.
Connecting to a keyboard and monitor for the RPI didn't help, as there is no output displayed.
I've blown over 10 hours today on this and am not further than when I started.
I must be missing something but I'm not too sure what it is.
