SES: cannot create multiple Configuration Set Event Destinations, only the last one is saved #12998
Description
HI this feature was working using docker image localstack/localstack:latest on August 7th 2025. but for some reason is not working anymore
on August 7th last version was 4.7, and it was published on August 2nd (if i'm not wrong),
but checking latest tag, it was published on July 31st, which is one day before this merge request was merged and closed
