Problem

• When the browser is snapped to the left or right of my 1920x1080 screen, the top of 'Section Navigation' is cut off, including the title itself and the first few menu items.
• The following image shows https://matplotlib.org/stable/api/_as_gen/matplotlib.pyplot.bar.html in split screen.
  

Suggested improvement

• Page styling needs to be responsive to a browser split right or left on a 1920x1080 desktop screen.
