Running pyw.exe with no arguments opens the python manager webpage ... I assume this is intentional.

Running pyw.exe programname.pyw from the command line works as expected.

However setting pyw.exe as the file association for .pyw files does not work; the help page is opened when you double-click a .pyw file instead of running the file.
