Hello!

I am wondering if someone could advise me if it is possible to use Renovate github action with Podman instead of Docker.
Our team wants to use renovate action on GitHub enterprise server, and we do not have docker installed on runners in our setup, and there is no chance this state of things will change, but we have Podman as an alternative. We have also found out that renovate depends on docker installation, so the questions are:

1. Is it possible to use renovate with Podman?
2. If not - is it planned in future versions?
3. Should it work in case action is rebuilt with changing line 79 in renovate.ts from

const command = `docker run ${dockerArguments.join(' ')}`;

to

const command = `podman run ${dockerArguments.join(' ')}`;
