Forking from #2094 (comment): https://typescript-eslint.io/linting/troubleshooting doesn't mention that TypeScript project references aren't yet supported (#2094). Which unfortunately means some folks spend time trying to get them to work 😢.

Let's add an entry to the page that indicates that TypeScript project references aren't supported yet. It should have a link to #2094.
