It’s possible. Just be careful that if you plan to go out there and find out, it’s most likely private property or city property and you could be trespassing. The living are 100% more dangerous than the dead 100% of the time.

Isn’t it strange? There’s no feeling like walking into a place that used to be very haunted to find that everything and everyone that used to be there is gone. I imagine it’s the same feeling as like going to a toy store from your childhood to find it gutted and empty.

Life is very chill now. It turns out that one way to pretty much shut your third eye for good is to develop debilitating anxiety! Life hack!

No but really, I went about three years without anything paranormal happening to me, which has never happened. It got to the point where I started to wonder if maybe I had made the whole thing up, that everything I saw and heard was all in my mind.

That all came crashing down on the Fourth of July 2023. My family took me to Virginia City, Nevada for fireworks. Virginia City, if you don’t know, was an old silver boomtown that has literally never changed since it was built, so the streets are pretty much like walking around Frontierland in Disneyland. It’s awesome. We met up with friends, one of which was very excited to tell me the haunted history of the town, and took me to a place that had been on Ghost Adventures and had loads of Ghost Adventures memorabilia around. It was all neat and fine until we went into a room that is now used for weddings, and the paranormal energy hit me so hard that I almost collapsed. I got dizzy and nauseous, and I was literally about to barf everywhere when they finally decided to leave. I had never felt a haunted presence that strong in my whole life. It got worse when we went into another room and I immediately went, “Oh, people died in this room. Bodies were stacked in this room,” and then read a plaque that stated how that room was used to store bodies in the winter.

So yeah, I still got it apparently. But I guess only in places with very severe haunts. There isn’t a place like that where I am in Idaho, but I have yet to explore the historic part of town where the old fort is.

Well that’s a bummer.

You can use a pendulum to ask Yes/No questions. Hold anything that dangles (doesn’t have to be a crystal, it can be a locket or key chain or whatever) and stay as still as possible while you ask the questions. Be sure to establish which directions mean yes or no.

A pendulum board is pretty much just a Ouija board that you slowly move the pendulum over and it will move when it indicates a letter. It’s kind of a hassle and takes a really long time to use, not to mention you’re more likely to get false positives from moving it yourself/ideomotor movement.
