Glenn, better known as JR, served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman with VFA-146. After proudly serving his country, JR transitioned to becoming a Federal Correction Officer. Unfortunately, due to an injury, Glenn had to change his career path and began working at a local high school, where his true passion for mentorship blossomed. He utilized his natural abilities to counsel those around him, from veterans to civilians, offering sound advice, knowledge, and a desire to serve. With family being of utmost importance, Glenn relocated his family to Texas, where he continued his work with the government.
Although the journey outside of the military has not always been smooth, Glenn has thrived, leveraging the skills and relationships he developed along the way. As a Navy veteran, Glenn has embarked on a new mission to help other veterans navigate their transition to "Life After the Military."

Rudy Skultety currently serves as a Terminal Manager for the Fuels Flight at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, where he plays a vital role in powering the next generation of fighter pilots for the United States Air Force. Rudy’s military journey began at the age of 17 when he enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard directly after high school. Following four years of service, he separated with aspirations of becoming a police officer. However, the tragic events of 9/11, occurring just two months after his discharge, inspired Rudy to re-enlist—this time with the U.S. Air Force.
Throughout his distinguished career, Rudy served at several key installations, including Whiteman AFB, Missouri; Kunsan AFB, South Korea; Aviano AFB, Italy; Mountain Home AFB, Idaho; JBSA Lackland AFB, Texas; and concluded his military service at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey. Beyond his professional commitments, volunteerism has been a cornerstone of Rudy’s life. He remains deeply involved with veteran organizations in the San Antonio area, tirelessly supporting his fellow service members and fostering camaraderie among veterans.
