Harleysville National Corporation (NASDAQ: HNBC), the parent bank holding company of Harleysville National Bank and Trust Company, has reported a net loss of USD8m, or USD0.18 per diluted share for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009, compared to a net income of USD7.3m, or USD0.23 per diluted share for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008.
