Caitie is the bassist for the new wave band The Galactic Chicks. The band is made up of:

Star [Caitie] - Bass

Cosmo [Deanna] - Keys/Synth

Neb(ula) [Angel(ica)] - Drums

Venus [Brooke] - Lead singer + Guitar 

Gwendolyn - Manager

All Cait’s ever dreamed of is being in a band. She loves her bandmates and the music they make together, but their manager… not so much. Gwendolyn is always harping on the girls that they need to look better, sound better, be better, or else no one is going to listen. She’s very strict with them.

Caitie desperately wants the band to succeed. She gets nervous before every show, and is the shyest of the group. She LOVES picking out outfits for the girls and shopping. Doesn’t tend to stick around clubs after their shows, it’s not really her scene, usually she and Cosmo leave together. Gwendolyn is hard on her because of her look, her glasses don’t fit her persona and she doesn’t “put in enough effort” when she’s not on stage.

Caitie is introduced to Louis when Brooke starts having ghost problems at her new apartment. Angela is long-time friends with Janine and takes them all to see the Ghostbusters. Caitie’s in Star-Mode when she meets him, and he’s all starstruck (haha, get it?) over her and she thinks he’s adorable. But every time she knows she’s gonna see him, she makes sure to be in Star-Mode, because she’s worried he won’t like her when she’s “normal.” Gwen has caused her a lot of insecurity. Eventually he works up the courage to ask her out and she agrees.

The first time he sees her “normal” is by accident, after a few dates.
