• Comment: There's sadly just not enough sourcing to substantiate notability from the remaining three sources provided. [1] is a brief description, [2] is a trivial mention, and [3] is a moderately detailed description of the site. If there aren't sources generally describing the site in depth, especially beyond a basic description of what it is which falls short of the notability standard for websites. • Comment: The first three sources are solid, although the first two are on the edge of providing significant coverage. The rest (sourced with YouTube videos) can be removed. Chaotic Enby (talk · contribs) 11:41, 20 November 2024 (UTC)

TimeGuessr is a browser-based geography game in which players are tasked with guessing both the year and location of historic photos.[1] Since being launched in March 2023 by Gus Owen, a mathematics student from the University of Leeds, the game has gone viral attracting users from all over the world.[2]

The game has been described as an educational tool for both geography and history, often used within classrooms.[3] To score well, players are encouraged to recognise historically significant events, writing systems, architecture, image quality and many more.

TimeGuessr first started receiving significant attention after being played by popular geography content creator GeoWizard. Since then the game has been played by many more content creators including Limmy, Northernlion and Ludwig.
