DWB

An initialism of "driving while black" (a play on "driving while intoxicated"), referring to racial profiling and discrimination experienced by black motorists from police officers. Primarily heard in US. A: "Why did he get pulled over? Was he speeding or something?" B: "Nope, just DWB." I got a DWB on my way home from work last night. I knew I hadn't done anything wrong, but it still scared the daylights out of me. They had no legitimate grounds to pull me over—I was just DWB.
