Instagram 12+

I had an Instagram for over a decade and in november it was suspended for "fraud". I had never violated any of the community guidelines. I filed several appeals with videos of my face and sent several emails to Instagram support without a response. This was during hurricane Helene disaster in my area and without phone lines this was one of the only ways to contact some people.
My Facebook was also disabled as a result. There Was never a response to my suspension and eventually I got an email saying it had been permanently banned again. I've never violated any of the community policies. I created a new Facebook and Instagram account which I have had for less than a month. Twice now, my Instagram account has suspended me from doing certain activities like adding friends or liking and viewing stories. I don't like an excessive amount of stories or comment excessively. I also did not follow a large number of people. I was only trying to follow the ones I had followed previously on my prior Instagram. Today l received another notice that my account has been disabled for fraud. This time it requested not only a video of my face but a picture of my license or ID. I submitted both but l'm not hopeful since I didn't get a response last time. There is clearly an issue with suspending accounts incorrectly, there should be a team to be able to respond and correct this, especially since it's some peoples only form of contact with others.

Horrible application, mediocre features, horrible owner. Zuck and Musky, I hope you get the hate you’re looking for and honestly deserve. How are you gonna rid people of their jobs just because you’re not making the money you’re looking for AND ALREADY HAVE. Just because you’re looking for control. How can you be human and have zero humanity? The point of life is finding social connections. Humans crave a remedy for loneliness, and that is an ailment you will never cure. Nobody in your life will be interested in anything you have to offer besides your wallet. I can’t wait to watch your entire world crumble, because at the hands of people like you, millions of people including myself have had their entire lives stripped from them. I was homeless for 6 years, lived in a car with my mom and my 5 siblings. I had to watch my mom get 4 jobs and work herself into nothing just to afford food. She was more hard working than you’ll ever be and we still don’t even live comfortably. Unfortunately people don’t succeed through hard work, they succeed through flawed methods. And naturally after you’re laid to rest, the only thing people will remember of you is that you sucked at a person, and had zero compassion. Is this really how you want to be thought of and remembered? I know that you’ll never see this, and if you did, you have an immense inability to look inside yourself and have a second thought, let alone a first one… But man, change is free.

Now I will be completely honest with everyone who reads this review

Whoever is new coming to instagram be prepared for the difficult understanding of the app. I am a long time user of this platform and I believe there no problem with instagram besides one thing, it’s their making account process. I have been trying to make an back up account for myself for the last 2 hours and I have been getting to the same spot over and over. When I was making the account at first the app wasn’t letting me make an account. So I decide to use their website and the website let me make the account and log into the account as well but the app it wouldn’t let me make not log in. I have tried many different methods like changing the password, using the digital code(which is supposed to be 6 number digit but I got an email sent with 8 digits.) On top of that the link they sent didn’t work as well. The only time I did log onto the account was when I had to go into the app and log on through the website on the app. When that happened I still couldn’t get on the account and then I thought maybe the link would work since I already have the account connect to the meta thing. Then when I do that I get logged out of both of the account. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional service from the developer behalf because making account is the main key of the whole instagram and it don’t make sense why it’s so bugged.
