Foongus!
A recent foongus 3d comission! Gold border, etching on the top card, bonus glow in the dark mushrooms, I got to do so many fun things with this one. More to come!
I used a holographic card for the border for this one, and I think it turned out well. It’s so shiny that i can’t stop looking at it! 🤩 (It attracts dust like crazy now, though 😆)
It’s shinx ! ⚡️ ⚡️ ⚡️ I decided to use my glow paints again for this one. Subtle but cool imo 😎 I like when lightning pokemon are a color other than yellow, we need more of those.

This has got to be my thickest (and most delicate) card.
To imitate the lighting in the original artwork, i kept the top open so that it can let light in.

Lately I’ve been showing my cards at my flea market booth, and they’ve been selling well. I even have a few repeat customers! The positive feedback has me excited to make more!
Second try face painting. I think it looks p good, although I defs need to thin my paint more and figure out how to keep things more symmetrical
I’m struggling with this too (for BJDs). I’m going to try watercolor paints - I learned that you can buy them in tubes! I always thought they only came in those little tub palettes (the kind you buy for kids).
As far as symmetry - let me know if you have any pointers or helpful tricks, cuz I got nothing.
They also make water color pencils, so im going to try those next and see how they do! I’ll let ya know if i figure out a good symmetry technique 😄

Finished braiding my Clawdeen doll’s hair. I didn’t realize when I bought her that she had a factory defect that destroyed a chunk of her hair, but the braids hide it well. Still not sure if I want to keep the bun on top. 🤔
Eventually, I want to make her a celestial-themed sorceress/wizardy kind of outfit.
Deadass just got an ask from someone wanting to use my art for nfts. If i wasn’t clear on this before, i do not support nfts OR ai image generators. The first is a scam and the second is theft and they are BOTH a blight on the environment.

I wanted to find a way to feature cards that are a set, like these two. I think a frame works nicely! The text says “Praise Helix” in the Kanto region cypher found in let’s go pikachu/eevee. I want to experement with this more before i start my bigger project.
