drycleaning company Johnson Service Group plc (AIM: JSG) has sold its retail
Drycleaning business to Timpson Group plc for a consideration of GBP 8.25m (USD 10.01m), the group said.
Pre-tax profits fell from PS6.4m to PS1.2m after exceptional costs of PS7.6m, against PS1.4m a year ago, made up of acquisition costs in the PS69.4m takeover of London Linen in May, and PS6.2m of reorganisation costs for the
