The majority of infections in early childhood are limited to the upper respiratory tract; they lead to findings of
coryza, cough, and hoarse voice.
Cases were defined by the WHO-recommended standard case definition for suspected measles: fever, rash, and at least one of the following-cough, conjunctivitis, or
coryza.5 For all cases, univariate descriptive statistics was used and the age, sex, date of rash onset and date of last vaccination were noted.

Measles is an acute viral respiratory illness, which, after an incubation period of 10 to 12 days, starts with a fever (as high as 105[degrees] F), malaise, and at least one of the 3 "C"s--cough,

The symptoms include prodromal fever, conjunctivitis,
coryza, cough, and small spots with white or bluish-white centres on an erythematous base on the buccal mucosa.
Both developed prodromal symptoms (cough,
coryza, or conjunctivitis) the day after their return, then a generalized red maculopapular rash 2 days later.
