On CT imaging the tumor is
lobulated and homogeneous.

A characteristic but not specific myopathological changes of LGMG2A is abundant
lobulated fibers, as best shown by NADH staining.
There are variable proportions of each cell type in different tumors, but clear cells predominate in less than one-third.2 Tubular lumina of varying sizes are often present within the
lobulated masses.

Histology revealed a multinodular,
lobulated, non-encapsulated tumor composed from nests of spindle and epithelioid cells with small, central calcifications, surrounded by moderate fibrous hypercellular stroma including blood vessels.
Biopsy frequently reveals a benign
lobulated cartilaginous tumor composed of mature hyaline cartilage, with remarkable cellularity and prominent calcification [13].
The firm, exophytic,
lobulated, pink to skin-colored nodule with a surrounding hyperpigmented patch detailed in our case clinically mimicked a supernumerary nipple given its location along the milk line in the inframammary area and represents a clinical presentation of LC not previously described in the literature.

This mass was further delineated by magnetic resonance imaging of the thorax with contrast which revealed a
lobulated cystic mass lesion (Figure 3).
Gross examination revealed an 11 x 5.5 cm mass composed of adipose tissue with a
lobulated cut surface and thick fibrous septations (Figures 2(a) and 2(b)).
A contrast-enhanced computed tomography showed a lesion with
lobulated contours and a size of 70 x 70 mm that was compatible with a hydatid cyst.
In LD group, 70.8% of margins were
lobulated, which significantly exceeded that of HD group (30.4%) (P<0.05).
A 94-year-old man was referred to the ENT clinic with a large exophytic,
lobulated mass on his right eyebrow (figure 1).
