1. Antrague. Red mountain wolf. Careful, incredulous, tough, and persistent.
As a pup was found by the pack of forest wolves and raised like one of them. After getting adult leaves the pack to find her real family. In her long journey meets Danglar the lion- another "searcher" of the sense of life. After lot of strugles they become rather close friends and continue their journey together.
2. Danglar. African lion. Optimistic, easygoing, friendly, energetic, strong.
Was raised in the lion's pride. Danglar's father is pride leader's brother. The leader already had a heir, and tho' everyone loved Danglar and didn't mind him to stay, he desides to leave the pride and search for his own place in the circle of life.
3. Haraka. African lion. Rogue. Grumpy, sarcastic, wise, fast, loner.
Been a rogue for all his life until he settles down near one pride's territory. Pride's members don't mind him be there, but still everyone tries to stay away from that weird lion. One day he saves life of a young lioness - Varavah, the member of the pride, and from now on she spends almost all her time with him. Haraka teaches her everything he learned as a rogue about fights and hunting. Despite being much older than her, they become really close friends.
4. Varavah. African lion. Calm, endurant, stubborn, dreamer.
Danglar's younger sister.
Was just born when Danglar was leaving the pride, so she does not remember him. Has always been a loner. With getting to know Haraka she gets distant from other pride members even more and keeps dreaming about leaving these lands and exploring what is beyond the borders. One day she makes a decision to finally fulfill her dream. As being one of the pride lioness she's not allowed to leave whenever she wants, so Haraka helps her by chalenging the leader with a view to take Varavah with him and leave the pride lands together. After lot of explanations with the leader and Varavah's parents they deside to let them go without a fight. So Haraka and Varavah leave these lands and start their own journey.
