Last March (before Lockdown 1!) I had the pleasure of making and installing an arch of foliage at the National Portrait Gallery. The vines and roses adorned the entrance and exit of ‘Cecil Beaton’s Bright Young Things’ – A major exhibition which explored the collective’s glamorous and stylish lives and work. Beaton oftern used paper leaves and flowers as the backdrop of his beautiful portrait photography, inspiring the idea for this arch! It was an honour to work with the exhibitions team at such an iconic London gallery!
