Dorothea Neukirchen began her career as a stage-actress in Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne. Her skills led her to secure the lead role In a BBC Series, showcasing her acting abilities to an international audience.
Returning to her native Germany, Dorothea transitioned into the realm of television behind the camera. With a passion for story telling, she ventured into the world of documentary filmmaking, writing screen plays and directing them. Among her works are "The trial of Socrates" a thought provoking exploration of one of history's greatest minds. "Double Trouble" a light hearted comedy. Dorothea creative endeavors also extended into the realm of historical fiction documentaries with "Kinder Küche Karriere" / "Kids Kitchen Career" and to the crime thriller "Die Toten lässt man ruhen" / "Let the Dead be quiet".
