Denise Morris is a wife and mother of six children. She was born in Colorado to Dwayne and Donna David. They later moved to Ohio.
Denise's first time to perform in front of a large audience was when she was four years old. Her first major role was in elementary school when she played Goldilocks in "Goldilocks Strikes Again!"
In high school she was in Acting Ensemble where they traveled all over doing reader's theater, children's theater and anti-drug skits. She graduated from The Ohio State University where she studied theater, media, and communications. In her young adulthood, her acting brought her to a crossroads. She was unwilling to compromise her faith in Christ or having and raising a family. She said a prayer similar to this, "Dear God, I come to you with my love and passion for acting and I lay it at your feet. If or when you bring it back into my life, may it be to glorify You. Amen!" Denise has been involved in youth ministry for over thirty years. God opened up a door for her to be a co host of a live Christian music video television show in the 1990's! Presently, she is a wife, and mother of six children and six grandchildren. She has been in over 25 movies including "Catching Faith 2", "Princess Cut 2", "Switched", "The Farmer and the Belle", and "Second Chances" as well as various other performances.
Denise is also the author and illustrator of the Frankie Strange Adventure Children's Book Series!
When she reads her books to groups of children at schools and libraries, she uses different voices for her 50+ characters.
Her book, "Frankie's Strange Day at the Zoo" is featured and partially read in the movie, "The Reliant".
