Miguel Mas(II)

Awarded winner film director for his first feature film Love Equation, and now become a fashion and music designer with the brand Cronofios. Miguel Mas was born in Argentina. He moved to Puerto Rico and worked in advertising and television. As an actor, he did television series and soap operas, and hosted a musical television show. In the theater group Lunetika, Miguel acted and direct. In 1994, he moved to Spain, studied Stanislavski's method acting, and began to write. Then he arrived in New York, performing in the Spanish Repertory Theater. He moved to Los Angeles and studied at The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute to deepen and strengthen his method training. His attraction for the camera has led him to continue working as an actor, and then directing. He has worked with Steven Spielberg, Takeshi Kitano, Tom Cruise, Jeff Daniels, James Spader, Portia de Rossi, Alfonso Arau, and Laura Harring, among others. In 2001 he created the company Mas & More Entertainment. At the end of 2003, Miguel wrote, directed, acted and produced his debut as Director of 2+2=5=1. In 2005, he co-produced along with The Group at Strasberg and David Lee Strasberg, the play "The King of the Lighthouse." At the end of 2005 he made life a controversial and successful character as "Jesus Christ: The Musical", a viral video on Internet. Jesus Christ: The Musical is a parody music video in which Jesus sings the Gloria Gaynor hit "I Will Survive", directed by Javier Prato and Miguel Mas as Jesus. Miguel Mas made several prompt trailers and music videos. He directed, wrote and producer "Absorbido" "Without Finishing My Coat" (awarded winner) "Ayer". He produced and acts in a short film 3 PM. In 2012, he is jury at the DIVA International Film Festival in Valparaíso, Chile. He produced the play The King of the Lighthouse in Mendoza, Argentina presented at the classical Theatre Independencia. Mr. Mas brought to Mendoza the Lee Strasberg Method producing with the Minister of Culture of Mendoza. He produced the first workshop acting training under the Strasberg Method, within the framework of the initiative generated jointly with the Ministry of Culture and the Independence Theatre closing the workshop with a play "Scent, Lies and Passions." After the presentation of "The King of the Lighthouse" in the Cultural Convention Julio Le Parc he produced the second course on the Strasberg Method, closing with a play named "Carmen, the one". He acts in the Martin Fierro Federal "Medical History" award winning series playing as a doctor in the episode of Che Guevarra. In 2013 brings to Mendoza and San Juan, Gastón Pauls to make a acting seminar for cinema. Mr. Mas created its own seminar called "What if...a Cold Reading Series" a cold reading workshop for actors and directors. Miguel Mas handles his own Method in his series of training called "What if...How to understand and use our ego". Project that continues in 2015, closing with the Avant Premiere of his play "Se Viene el Temporal", making the official premiere on March 20 2015, at the Cine Teatro Plaza for 1,000 people in Mendoza, Argentina. In the middle of 2015 he is back in Los Angeles, and work as part time at Mambo Casting. He acts and produced in the upcoming film by Gustavo Giannini "Phone Book" and directed and acted his 5th short film Room Seven, which had been nominated a many film festivals in 2021, as finalist at the 2021 Osaka International Film Festival as best Director and Best Screenplay. In 2020 after everything stops with the pandemic, he created his new project Fashion & Music, a new clothing line called Cronofios Club which mix with music as Cronofios, making everything live in 2021.
