Rating as a soft-core film: B
The Erotic Mirror has much the same problem as most Surrender Cinema productions, it's poorly filmed, poorly lit, badly acted, and the sound is barely audible. But this is a soft-core film, where the only thing that matters is whether or not the sex is titillating and the women are pleasing to look at. The sex is mostly exciting and if some of the women aren't all that good-looking, Laurie Wallace picks up the slack and then some.
The movie stars the gorgeous Laurie Wallace as a young woman who buys a mirror at an antique shop. The catch is that this mirror sends off erotic vibes, making every woman in its vicinity positively desperate for sex (though it only seems to make them attracted to other women).
As mean as it may be to say, most of Surrender's women are rather homely, whether it's because they've got tattoos, piercings, enhancements, or are just plain unattractive. The one woman to that exception is the truly beautiful and incredibly hot Laurie Wallace, who has to carry the whole movie on her shoulders. She does it well, spending literally half the screen time in some state of undress (usually totally naked).
The movie's single best scene occurs near the twenty-minute mark, when Laurie finds herself sexually affected by the mirror late one night. This leads to Laurie masturbating in front of the mirror in one of the hottest scenes I've seen in softcore cinema. The other scenes consist of lesbian couplings, and they're most pretty hot.
The second most attractive woman in this flick is Darian Caine, but she's quite a distant second to Wallace. Anyway, it's entirely worth watching for Laurie Wallace fans. This isn't the hottest softcore out there, but the prospect of seeing Laurie nude for nearly an entire hour's worth of screen time (of the movie's somewhat overlong two hours) is too good a prospect to pass up.
