STAR RATING:*****Unmissable****Very Good***Okay**You Could Go Out For A Meal Instead*Avoid At All Costs
This would be the latest 'reality TV' show offering from Channel 4 (yeeesh,as if Big Brother wasn't bad enough). And,as if a bunch of vacuous, undiscernably talented exhibitionists making total nincompoops of themselves every night wasn't nauseating enough, this show, with seemingly none stop coverage on the E4 channel lately, certainly shows it's reality roots (as well as those of the featured customers, heh heh heh).Because that's exactly what it is.Reality.The day to day life at a London hair dressing salon,in all it's riveting, fascinating glory.
Well, there you have it.That is the depths to which programming in this country appears to have plummeted to.How bereft of ideas programmers have become. This is the sort of programming that we are expected to find compulsive viewing.
Well,as it is,guys,it's excruciatingly dull stuff, made all the more dismal by the fact that large parts of the featured hair dressers dialogue is blurted out on account of them talking about potentially unwitting outside parties on rather frequent intervals. Not that I/we could care less,of course, but, you know what I mean.
Sacriligiously bad.*
