Special TAGS actors return.
A decent remake of TAGS "Barney and the Cave Rescue". A solid performance by George Lindsey as Goober Pyle. Of course a few things were a bit odd. Sam says it's a straight path back. But, Goober is spun around like a top looking for which way is out. Sam, Howard, and Emmett are very nonchalant about Goober's safety even cracking jokes.
The highlight of the episode are the return of two of the best supporting actors from TAGS. Burt Mustin was Judd on TAGS with many terrific appearances. James Westerfield was hysterical in only one brilliant appearance as Uncle Ollie on TAGS.
Not up to the original episode humor it copied but not bad for a very inconsistent MRFD.
