If you are not a Team Fortress 2 fan just dont watch it, it has a lot of Team Fortress 2 references becauses its based in it. Now getting to the actual short, Its pretty darn good, the quality for the time was incredible, The introduction was good too! The plot is simple, which makes it so perfect, The comedy was obviously the best. It has some internet culture references, Its extremely needed to know how was the internet in that time though. In voices, Welp, is edited audio of the characters, which works really well, However, i must warn you that this is pretty darn offensive too (to some people, because i laughed with all the offensive jokes), Jokes like dead medic saying "hail hitl*r" or a picture of a pretty buff kangaroo on a tank top "ill give my condolences to your Kangaroo wife". Sadly, The creator Died from leukemia, For a big time this was the most viewed video on the topic "gaming" on youtube. Most critics won't understand this piece value because they dont know the internet and Team Fortress 2 culture.
