Hunting Grounds Clip: Bigfoot Lives (Maybe) In First Look
"Hunting Grounds"

John Portanova’s award-winning “Hunting Grounds” (formerly known as “Valley of the Sasquatch”) is some real worst-case scenario horror, as it centers on a father and son who must contend with an angry clan of Bigfoot. Not just one Bigfoot, and not even a particularly happy one, but a whole mess of pissed off Sasquatch.

The winner of Best Sci-Fi Horror Film at the 2015 Toronto Independent Film Festival is now set for release thanks to Uncork’d Entertainment and High Octane Pictures, finally allowing more Bigfoot-crazed cinephiles to see what happens when the furry monsters stop being polite and start getting real.

The film follows a father and son who, after moving to an old cabin in the woods after a personal tragedy (well, there’s your first mistake) find themselves in the midst of a tribe of Sasquatch who don’t take too kindly to their new neighbors. The film stars Miles Joris-Peyrafitte, Jason Vail, David Saucedo, D’Angelo Midili, and Emmy winner Bill Oberst Jr.

Uncork’d Entertainment will distribute film domestically at a date to be announced later. Check out our exclusive clip below (and prepare yourself).
