On what would have been his 82nd birthday (hard to believe, isn't it?), here is a collection of clips from Tony's early career. I wanted to show both the light-hearted and romantic side of his talent, which was later overshadowed by his role as Norman Bates. As much as I love "Psycho" (1960), I also appreciated his work in other genres. He also recorded albums, and this song is from his first record, "Tony Perkins" (1957). His vocal talent and range was very similar to that of Chet Baker. So enjoy this tribute to the young, adorable and talented Anthony Perkins!
