Family of Five

Life sure keeps getting busy and the kids keep getting older.  I've let this blog go by the wayside since I'm busy with kids in school and a newborn.  Mostly been posting pictures and updates on Instagram or Facebook as it's the fastest and easiest ways to upload photos and that's what my life needs...fast and easy!  ha!

Matt has been working away from home during the week.  We get to see him on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  These are fun days, especially for the kids.  They miss their Dad and are so happy when he gets home.  He is always bringing us back some yummy treats, and makes us dinner or breakfast. He also gives me a break so I can have time alone.  We love him.

At it's Max

As I was trying to post what we've been up to dated back to March (I know, it's been a long time), the blogger people told me I was at it's maximum to upload pictures. Now they want me to pay a fee. Rude. I'm thinking of starting a new blog. A part two of the mayrys life. Will let you know what name it will be.

We loved eating watermelons.  They were so good this year.  Last year they were terrible.

Isaac was very proud of himself for being tall enough for the Luigi ride.  He said, "I'm a big boy!"

Isaac loves dressing up, especially as Woody.

Matt surprised me to see Les Miserables.  It was my first time seeing it live and I absolutely loved it.  I had always loved the music and to see it live was spectacular.  It's awesome that we live a mile or two down the road from Segerstrom Hall and didn't have to drive to LA or anything.  It was a perfect date night.

Celebrating Father's Day.  The kids love their Papa so much.

I had the pleasure of flying to Albany, New York without any kids for 6 days.  It was awesome.  I loved spending time with my siblings and niece.

It was for Skye's high school graduation.  She is so smart and beautiful.  I love her.

Had a mini reunion with two of my best friends from college.  It's like time never separates us.  It's awesome laughing with these girls.  They're the best!

Isaac is totally into being a pirate.

Aleena made me dinner all by herself while I took a nap on Mother's Day.  Matt was there to video tape it.

Aleena loves putting blankets, towels or scraps of fabric on her dolls.

We had some fun in April since everyone was feeling better.  We had Aleena's birthday party, Rapunzel style.  I had a birthday dinner with friends and laughed so hard I didn't want it to end.  Easter was fun with my parents. General Conference was uplifting.  April was great.
