I've been slacking on my red carpet fashion posts this year. I need to get my priorities in order. As for the Oscars, I was a little disappointed because it doesn't seem like anyone really brought the crazy this year. But we soldier on...
Let's kick things off with one I liked. I like this dress. I also love her facial expression, it's scary. I'm going to practice this in the mirror and then use it to my advantage, like to intimdate those pushy guys at the car wash that are always trying to get me to fill my windshield cracks.

The dress is fine, but now I understand why my mom is always telling me to stand up straight. And does that sleeve thing allow her to move her arm? I need answers.

Oh Caroline in the City, why are you at the Oscars? I feel like this is a maternity dress. I also feel like shawls are dated. These are my feelings.

That is one matching blazer if I have ever seen a matching blazer. I mean it's not horrible, but she was doing that Super Woman pose, ALL. NIGHT. Glenn enough with the pose, have a seat, relax, take a load off.

"I'm going to the Academy Awards! Bring me your most wrinkled black garbage bag! Pin it on me so it is very ill fitting!"

She looks very J.Lo-ish. But there is one thing I can't stand, and that is arm cut-outs. Put it on my gravestone - here lies Erica, she hated arm-cut outs.

Say what you will about Nancy O'Dell, she never seems to age. Or pick out good dresses. Or look non-orange.

When we first saw them Zach said "Stacy Keibler looks good." And that's when I realized I didn't know George Clooney's girlfriend's name, but Zach did. I'm not sure which one of us should be embarrassed.

Bury it, then bury the shovel.

Penelope Cruz, you never cease to bore me.

Arm cut-outs again! And lots of other issues. Like the issue of it being ugly, for example.

Alright I gotta go fight with Zach over the TV now, he's watching The Scorpian King. Really good taste in movies that one.
