Imagine if we were reading about yobs attacking nurses as they left hospitals, or paramedics as they were going about their life-saving business.

It comes after a driver last month told the Daily Post of the terrifying moment yobs hurled a rock at his car on the A55, showering the inside of his vehicle with glass.

So, as a genuine fan, may I offer a sincere apology to Aston Villa directors, chairman, staff and players for the appalling behaviour of some of the yobs who call themselves supporters.

The question which has to be asked is why should Paul Field and others have to consider leaving their homes because they are pestered by yobs? So come on MPs.
