MEPs welcomed the European Commission's communication on the external dimension of the reform of the CFP(1) and supported its desire to reduce the impact of the EU fleet on
halieutic resources in international waters and in those of third countries.
This agreement is the second phase of a joint management project of coastal
halieutic preserves, in the Gulf of Gabes.
The bank said that it would operate in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Marine Fisheries and with the National
Halieutic Research Institute (INRH) in Morocco.
The 987 million dirham project also provides for equipping 2,000 fish hawkers, integrating women into the fishing sector, training the beneficiaries and ensuring sustainable development of
halieutic resources.

The tradition of "
halieutic" literature is ancient and sometimes distinguished.
She pointed to sectors that have been identified as having a high potential for innovation, job creation and therefore growth, including: cruises and tourism, energy (off-shore wind and tidal energy),
halieutic resources, and research and innovation.
The point is also to ease the promotion of national
halieutic goods in Europe.
