She pointed to sectors that have been identified as having a high potential for innovation, job creation and therefore growth, including: cruises and tourism, energy (off-shore wind and tidal energy), halieutic resources, and research and innovation.

The point is also to ease the promotion of national halieutic goods in Europe.
