Description

Add a feature where template administrators can set metadata for suggested folders that would show up in Coder Desktop file sync.

Use Case

This would allow template admins to provide guidance to users on which folders they should sync when using Coder Desktop, improving the user experience by suggesting relevant directories based on the template configuration.

Proposed Implementation

• Template admins can configure metadata for suggested sync folders
• This metadata appears in Coder Desktop when users are setting up file sync
• Users can see recommended folders based on template configuration

Context

Discussed in #feat-coderdesktop Slack channel as a valuable feature enhancement for improving the file sync experience.
