I just think a cool subtle way for a characters adhd to get confirmed is that they get tired after drinking caffeine.

like Rayla has been raving about hot brown morning potion for weeks and how well it wakes her up in the mornings. so she finally gets Soren to try it and it just makes him tired, and sleepy

Do we think theres a reason that Aaravos sent Claudia to the storm spire? Like it was a ‘quick escape my adoptive child’ so why did he pick there? Was it because he knew it was vacant? Was it just on his mind? Why of all places did he choose to send her there?

Soren talking about something he loves or just talking and then everyone just kinda stops listening, not that everyone is doing it on purpose but it just they either have stuff to do or are lost in their thoughts and stop listening while hes talking. Sometimes it goes as far as he just says wild things to get their attention and everyone just reply’s with ‘thats nice Soren’ spacing it completely

I am forever in love with the head cannon that Soren can’t feel when hes in pain because he’s gotten healed by dark magic so many times or that its harder for him to get hurt.

But what if along with that, when he gets sick, he gets sick. Its so bad, as if the breathing sickness was there. Anyone who knew him when he was little and had the breathing sickness is freaking out internally because what if it came back? He always bounces back to a full recovery but when hes sick, hes sick for like two weeks.
