Great for Mozzarella!

Great for Mozzarella!
This works great! I had no issue making mozzarella. It's a little pricey, but you only need a little per gallon of milk. Mozzarella takes practice (images are from first attempt), but this rennet does what it needs to do and really separates the curd from the whey very well! Will buy again.

1.0 out of 5 stars Did not work
Reviewed in Canada on August 16, 2024
I followed all the instructions after trying hard to remove the label that covered the instruction, I also watched many YouTube videos with other people using rennet to make cheese, and they are all the same, very straight forward. I waited 12 hours and nothing happened. I doubled the amount and waited another 6 hours, and I could see a little bit of coagulation, so I added again double amount, and I am going to wait a few more hours. If it still does not work, I will just simple use vinegar or yeast, and I am not going to spend my money again on products that do not work and cannot return. Very disappointed.
